The school principle invited me and my friend to go to Suphanburi and Ayutthaya. She said
that she wanted to go with us before we back to Indonesia. I cannot say
anything; she is always kind to us. Even she always takes care of us very well
like his daughter. Ok. Let me tell you my one half-day trip to Suphanburi and
Ayutthaya. We went to Suphanburi province at first. From Pakklong song school,
we took an hour to go there. The first place that we visited was the “Dragon
Descendants Museum”. I taught it was enough famous tourism place in Thailand.
The building shape seems like Chinese building that dominated with red and
yellow. There was a giant dragon in the middle. It’s actually a museum whose building
was shaped like a dragon giant as a symbol of China. Inside the museum there is
a history of Chinese civilization and its culture which is shown by using
multimedia experience. Unfortunately, when we came there, the museum was closed.
It was only opened on Wednesday-Sunday. Of course today (Monday) was closed. It
was okay. Although the weather was very hot, we still walked around and took a
lot of photos there.
After that, we continued our trip
to Ayutthaya. We went to floating market first. Unfortunately, when we arrived
there, the market was closed. Then we went to the park (I do not know the name
of the park). It was located close from Sii Ayutthaya university. There were
many elephants there. I and my friend paid 400 baht to ride an elephant. It was
very expensive but on par with the experience we felt. The elephant handler
took us around the park for 50 minutes. As the elephant walked, we felt shaken
on it. We passed another elephant along the road. We also saw the handler gave
the foods to elephant. Those all were very exciting for me. It was my very
first experience to ride an elephant whereas in Indonesia there were many elephants
too. Never mind! Creating a story abroad is definitely different from
Indonesia. It will be an unforgettable memory that I will tell my children later
